Do I really not have anything to say? That is news itself !!! But, not really – there hasn’t been that much going on here in VERY cold and I mean VERY COLD Massachusetts. We’ve got hit with a couple of snow storms and thats really annoying – then it warmed up for a whole day and by warmed up, I mean like into the 30’s. I was able to go running outside, purely bundled up and did a 3.1(ish) run without collapsing or having to call 911 to rescue me from a snow bank. But, then wham .. back to arctic temps and we all have major spring fever. So, when you rarely go anywhere, there isn’t much life experience happening at the same time, right? Knitting? oh yeah, i’m knitting and I have projects that I want to do right & left. Here is what I am knitting thus far -Bella Mittens, pattern written by one of my knitting peeps and it is HAWT! Mine are turning out a wee bit different from everyone elses, for some reason.. I knitted so SO tight , but they are very warm and cozy none the less. Will make again. The right away. Then, whats on deck? Oh.. I am still trying to finish my clapotis – that’ll come out of hibernation, AND my CPH … MUST FINISH THAT by spring. I should really get on that.
.. Time is going to be limited, with upcoming school projects and the weather (keeping fingers crossed) getting better..so we can head outside!
You make me laugh with the calling 911 to rescue you! Hope the little one is feeling better…..hey, checkout my finished projects and see the Baby Blanket……..I entered it in the Vanna White Contest…..oh, maybe I’ll win and get to turn some letters…..
I’m starting my couch to 5K training on Friday! My first run will be the Breakthrough Run for Autism (of course)in April!!!
I now have image of you tripping and falling into a snow bank.
My CPH is also in desparate need of finishing! I am in awe of you running outside during this crazy weather. Go mama go!
Cold sucks. REALLY cold (-6 this morning) sucks more!
I’m with you with the weather we’ve been having. The ice right now in my driveway is so bad I could put skates on and skate down the driveway. Stay warm and safe and most importantly happy knitting
