I bought this yarn at Rhineback and I bought it special for my friend Holly. I hope she doesn’t read the blog.. she is going out of town, so I doubt she will. Hence the post! So.. the yarn is Brooks Farm Solo and the colorway is… “holly”. How aprapos, no? The pattern is Easy Drop Stitch Scarf and you can find all the details on my Ravelry. Do I really need to link you? I didin’t think so.. I’m sure it’s just a mouse click away, as it is on my ‘puter.
Really, I cannot say enough about this yarn and pattern. It just flowed right off the needles and I am so excited to get it blocked at mailed. Her birthday is Monday..but you know me.. I loves to celebrate the whole month.
We’re in arctic frigid temps her in New England… the kind where your nostrils freeze together if you take a deep breath. So on that note, it’s time to bundle up and head on out….
