November 1!

How was your Halloween? Did you get lots treats… and I certainly hope you didn’t get tricked!! Another Halloween is behind us and the trek out for candy was a total success. We parked at Stephs..and hit the streets. Both of the kids held their own and Mia only got annoyed toward the end when her witch hat started to blow off and then Miles lost his mask in a pile of leaves…on the darkest street possible. But with a teenytiny flash light.. I found it! The candy bags were HEAVY and it was time to be done.. except we made one stop at Jens and there we found wine & beer and a lot of laughs .. then it was off to see the fam and invade their household til Halloween was officially over. The kids were full of candy – and became comatose on the couch with TV and Mia eventually fell asleep. I honestly cannot remember a better Halloween … bring on November! Birthdays! Elections! TURKEY!

It’s NABLOPOMO by the way … so in an effort to give it a go .. I”ll be trying to update EVERYDAY! What a concept.
