wow! it's cold.

Ok.. I mean I can handle the snow I guess… I don’t like it ALL the time, but I can deal with it. These frigid temperatures…now that is just asking TOO much! right now .. it’s 9.0° and I really honestly think it’s colder than that. When I took the boy to the bus this morning, it was 3! Uh yeah, that’s a bit chilly don’t you think?
It’s a big day here.. Mia has a big ballet performance this afternoon, and if I had any idea how to transfer video from the camera to the computer, I would show you. Her recital in December was one of the funniest things I had ever seen in my life, and I anticipate this one will be just as humorous. It gets kind of hectic on Friday afternoons.. so I have to fill the veins with coffee now to start off the day.
In the meantime, I am knitting along on that sock, thinking I’m so bad ass and it’s just coming along so nicely. Then BAM..what do my eyes see? A dropped stitch… about 5 rows up. What really confused me was that the rows that I continued to knit, just kept on, I still had 20sts on the needle? How is that possible. So.. instead of ripping back.. I dragged that slip stitch up the ladder it had created and some way, some how .. fixed it all up. Last night.. no knitting. LOST was on. WHO WATCHED? Carol? Sarah? Thoughts? It’s one of those shows that ends, and your just cursing at the TV to keep going.. KEEEEEEP GOINGGGGGGGG!
OH GAWD … I need a life.

I can imagine the recitals would be funny! You’ll have to figure it out…get it on You Tube then link it….I wanna see! I know, it’s really cold. Keep the coffee flowing and have a great weekend!!!
Good Luck at your recital today Mia! Cold and more snow….spring please! I actually switched gears today and am making a tank top (in white purchased at the Sheep Shack) for my upcoming Florida trip…

Holy CRAP!!! I was so confused last night. I fell asleep thinking, why is DESMOND his constant??? And what is going on with the time lapse thingy???? And… what??? It’s the end of the episode?? NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope your’re having a good time today! You bet I saw LOST! I’m always left with questions after! I thought the time thing was yet another great twist.So I think I see why Penny (and when) she started searching for Desmond. The next boat will be hers. at least I think….
Matt just sat and stared after Lost as if he were trying to figure out something very deep and distubring. I flipped through my latest magazine, not concerned as I have just begun to watch this season and it’s so flipping confusing I just focus on how attractive I find Desmond and how virile that other guy is (the one in The English Patient…the one who dates Barbara Hershey in real life but needs me more than he knows)…

Great job rescuing that dropped stitch!! I can’t be with out my crochet hook. By now the weather has warmed up…sure hope it stays warmer for awhile
