happy valentines day!

a day full of love and chocolate. what a perfect day. a little knitting last night on a sock no less. I feel I lost my love for socks, but I’ll keep on one the needles so I have something work on in between projects. But, yesterday in our ever so lovely tropical rain storm that was totally ludicrous, I bundled up my kids and we weathered the storm to go buy brownie mix. The things I do!! So, off we went and I slaved over muffin cups and this is what I came up with –

I put the brownies in cupcake liners and let me tell you, they are DELICIOUS! Its your own individual little brownie, instead of your own square. We did a taste test last night, and they are ooey and gooey and OH YUMMY. So, These are on their way to Miles’ school and then a dinner out tonite with my 3 favorite Valentines. Mia is way into V-day this year… maybe it’s all the pink, who knows..but she’s claimed Miles are her #1 Valentine. So, I am making them something special for after school today, and I’ll post that later for my “C” for the ABC A-long..because I think “C” ends today. I like to follow the rules you know…
