You know what? Time flies when your playing Guitar Hero! I’ve made it up to the “medium” level and I’ve conquered my challenge with Slash. It’s a very competitve household and Mr. Knitpho has yet to beat Slash, needless to say… he’s a little touchy about it. HA! Girls Rule Boys Drool. So, in between my gigs, I’ve got some knitting done. Seeeeee?
I still have a couple of inches to go before I divide up into 5 parts. front left/sleeve 1/back/sleeve 2/front fight. I’m quite please with it so far and it is super easy.. SO FAR. It’s just back and forth… back and forth which is nice to just sit and knit and not have to think about the increases. Even thought that wasn’t difficult.. I had to pay attention.. and I don’t pay attention well. Then once Guitar Hero entered our household… that’s seems to be taking up a chunk of evenings.
AND.. I’m reading. My BFF and I decided that we’d read the same book, our own little book club of sorts. We I picked Water For Elephants..and we started to read… she finished in just days. I’m only half way through! There are just not enough hours in the day to do it all. But.. the book is wonderful and I’m excited to finish it… maybe today. Tomorrow the boy is out of school so maybe we’ll go see the Bee Movie.. anyone see it yet?
Off to read.. or knit… or rock out.. I can’t decide. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
My bookclub is reading ‘Water for Elephants’ next month. This month we’re reading ‘Lamb’ by Christopher Moore. It cracks me up!
I just loved Water for Elephants. I literally could not put the book down when I read it this summer and finished it in a couple of days. What a great read!
OOh, now I wanna read that book too! I’d seen it but didn’t know what it was about.
