I got a package yesterday! 
From my BFF Holly.
She sent me YARN! Pretty super huh!?
What’s inside that package was just awesome.
There were these two balls ….
Named for yours truly.
and..

and it’s alllll for me. to make something for me. You know how it is, you love to make your stuff and give it away. I mean, really how much does one person need for themselves? But, I have perused and perused to find just the right thing for this super soft bulky yarn. I have 600yds..any ideas?
So, it was nice to get a package coming off the marathon of ickyness in my house. The boy is back to school today and I think I am in for a good weekend. Soccer starts officially and I am on the fence about being excited about it. Fall soccer is hard to motivate for, cold.. rainy..whiney me.
Oh yeah! I’m very excited… have you seen the new knitty! i am in love with half the new patterns and even make tackle a lace throw.. you’ll have to check them out.

Oooh – how about a shrug or bolero of some sort? Maybe a vest? Ravelry has a couple of pages worth of both shrugs and vests. A lot of them in bulky yarns…
