the surprise thing im knitting …

so I am knitting something for one of my friends. now, it’s either going to be her birthday present, or a christmas present…now because i can’t wait, she’ll probably get it in july. so, i started all gung-ho and i have done about 12″ of it so far. it’s going to be about 60″ when i’m done with it. i wish i had thought it through before i started, because now it’s getting a little boring. i might just have to mix it up a little..or… start another hat or a dishcloth. those are quick and fun. so, if your a knitter (or a crocheter) and NOT a blogger, send me a photo of your project , and I’ll post it for you.
